Heidi Rose
RYT-200 certified
I’m a Cleveland-based yoga instructor specializing in Functional Movement and creating welcoming movement experiences that help people feel more connected, supported, and empowered in their bodies.
My teaching focuses on breath, alignment, and building awareness through slow, strong, more intentional movement. I believe yoga should feel approachable, accessible, and supportive for every body and every level of experience.
Alongside my independent teaching throughout Cleveland, I teach weekly at Laurie Myers Yoga in Tremont and continue to study and refine my approach through ongoing mentorship and practice. My teaching style emphasizes observation, accessibility, and helping students build confidence and trust in their movement.
I also teach yoga at The Emily Program empowering eating disorder recovery within a residential treatment environment. This work continues to deepen my belief that movement can be a powerful tool for connection, confidence, and self-trust.
With over 15 years of leadership and business experience, along with an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, I bring a practical understanding of how people live and work. This perspective informs how I approach private sessions, corporate wellness, hospitality partnerships, and community programming.
